A ratcheted spike wrench for easy insertion or removal of track and xc spikes.
Can accommodate all spike lengths up to 18mm. Tip is made of brooched S2 steel so it won't round off like the free spike keys included with most shoes.
Ratchet mechanism allows tightening and loosening of spikes at the flick of a switch. A third setting fixes the mechanism so it works like a standard unratcheted screwdriver.
Handle is hollow, allowing storage of spare spikes, safety pins, etc. There is some 'play' in the mechanism which makes the tip move a little from side to side, but I've tried very hard to break one of these and not managed it.
